Terms & Conditions:

CLASS LOCATION -   

All classes at the Performing Arts Academy of Manitoba take place at our campus located at 203 Cathedral Avenue unless the class is distance learning.

REGISTRATION & TUITION -  

Tuition is due for winter term upon registration.  If you decide to take a bundle class (3 or 6) The Registrar will contact you once the form below is completed to complete your registration. 

 

REFUND INFORMATION -

Once signed up and tuition is paid the tuition is non-refundable for winter term.

CANCELLATION - 

From time-to-time a class does not reach minimum registration which typically is 5 students.  Should a class be canceled all collected deposit and tuitions will be refunded by the school with no penalty (inc. the registration fee).

ATTENDANCE POLICY - 

The school requires attendance during all sessions.  Students who miss more than 2-classes will be subject to removal without refund by the Registrar. 

 

CAMPUS FACILITIES -

We kindly remind students that campus facilities must remain in good repair at all times.  If you notice something in need of repair please inform your instructor. 

 

SAFE SPACE POLICY -

We kindly remind students that the school is a safe space where everyone is welcome and mutual respect is given.  Our school has a  zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment.  We ask students to complete the safe space pledge prior to coming to their first class.  Any student found to be in violation of this policy is subject to disciplinary actions.   We want our school and classes to be a place where everyone is safe!
